Shipping Policy

All Graveyard Queue products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States Orders:

• Production: 2–5 business days

• Shipping: Approximately 5–10 business days after production is complete

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after an order has been placed. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. Graveyard Queue is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Graveyard Queue is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us at support@graveyardqueue.com and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
